“I love this place! It’s always so clean and everyone is friendly. I love that you need a key fob to gain access to the building. I always feel safe and secure. There are washers and dryers on multiple floors. There are change and vending machines when you want a late night snack. Alicia in the office is so kind and always so helpful. The location is great. You can walk to so many restaurants and breweries. It’s a great place to be!” -Tracy

“The best studio / apartment complex I have ever lived in! Tons of security so I always feel safe. Alecia is amazing and always keeps us all up to date on everything going on in the building. I hardly hear any noise, which is perfect for getting work done or relaxing. I go to UNC and this is in a perfect location that is less than 10 minutes from campus and is within walking distance of downtown. I would highly recommenced 609 Studios to anyone looking for a great place to live!” -Alix
