Applicant Income must exceed $2000.00 per month as an individual or for total combined household.
Applications must be run on all adults that will inhabit the unit and Guarantors. A fee of $50.00 per Applicant over the age 18.
Each unit has max occupancy limit of 2 adults and 1 small child per unit.
1 month’s rent, utilities, and security deposit required by certified funds or money order to move in.
Violent Felonies and Sex Offenses are not permitted.
No more than 2 Pets under 35 lbs.
